1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dance Fridays website (dancefridays.com) and related services operated by DanceCrazy Productions Inc. ("Dance Fridays," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Services
Dance Fridays provides the following services:
- Nightclub events — weekly Latin dance parties featuring salsa and bachata music every Friday night at 550 Barneveld Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124
- Dance classes — beginner salsa and bachata lessons included with event admission
- Live entertainment — DJ performances, live music, and special guest appearances
- Online services — event information, newsletter subscriptions, SMS event alerts, and ticket purchasing through third-party platforms
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to attend Dance Fridays events. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age.
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
4. Ticket Policies
Purchasing
Tickets for Dance Fridays events are sold through Eventbrite at dancecrazy.eventbrite.com. All ticket purchases are subject to Eventbrite's terms of service and refund policies.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund requests are handled through Eventbrite in accordance with their refund policy. Generally, refunds may be available up to 24 hours before the event start time. Dance Fridays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, in which case ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.
Door Admission
Tickets may also be available at the door on the night of the event, subject to capacity. Door prices may differ from online advance prices. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Event Changes
Dance Fridays reserves the right to modify event details, including performers, DJs, schedules, and venue layout, without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
5. SMS Communication Terms
Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Dance Fridays at the phone number provided. This consent is not required as a condition of any purchase.

- Exclusive promotional offers and ticket discounts
- Important updates about our services
- Confirmation messages for opt-in/opt-out requests
Message Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies (typically 2–4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Privacy

6. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to:
- Treat all guests, staff, and performers with respect
- Comply with all venue rules and applicable laws
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Not bring weapons, illegal substances, or outside beverages into the venue
Dance Fridays reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these guidelines without refund.
7. Assumption of Risk
By attending Dance Fridays events, you acknowledge that dancing and social activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending our events and participating in dance activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, DanceCrazy Productions Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use our website or services
- Any personal injury or property damage resulting from attending our events
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
- Any interruption or cessation of our services
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific ticket or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of DanceCrazy Productions Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or attendance at our events after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
